our large terrace adjoining the living room and offering unforgettable views of Casa del Agua's private beach and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

living areas

The first floor of Casa del Agua provides an excellent combination of wooden decoration, stone, sea shells, all under a 14 meters high palapa that takes your breath away. You can experience the sedative flow of the water through the living room and some of the suites. The main living room is the perfect frame that offers a nice view to the infinity pool and the turquoise Mexican Caribbean Sea.

All rooms offer tropical garden settings, private bathrooms and air conditioning. Beautifully handcrafted furniture, doors and windows combine with colorful handwoven Mexican textiles to create the ultimate in Mexican Caribbean luxury..

bedrooms

Cenote

This is our master room. It has a king size bed and impressive doors that open to the beautiful common room, the amazing palapa and the view to the Caribbean. It has a small lounge for comfortable reading time or watching T V. A very large walk through closet leads you to the largest double shower in the villa.

Caleta

A very comfortable king size bed awaits our guests in this very private room. The garden bathroom has been used in videos and photo shoots due to its uniqueness. You will feel like you are showering in your private tropical garden.

Arroyo

Probably the most unique bedroom in the villa. This room used to be the artist’s studio. There is still a large faucet where his brushed were washed after painting. A 2 meter round bed surrounded by a stream of flowing water is the center point of this unique space.

Cascada

The only room on the third floor. It is probably the most private room and has a nice private terrace overlooking the garden. It has a lot of light and great charm.
